Play, Shop, Play

Yesterday was a little on the quiet side for us.  I woke feeling less than normal and I wondered if it would
keep me in bed all day.  Mind over matter - I made it!

We scooted down to the buffet to use our two Complimentary VIP passes to have a bite to eat.  I love one of the waitresses there as she has the cutest voice known to man.  James says she should be doing cartoon voice overs and I totally agree.  It never fails to make me smile.  The ladies really are great wait staff there and I can always get a great kick ass carrot cake there when I feel the need.

VP called and a short session left us with good point values and a little $ buffer to start the day.  Off we went across the bridge to Beall's Outlet and Big Lots where James was able to get some work clothes.  I didn't find anything that tickled my fancy, but it was nice to get out just the same.  Gas is considerably inexpensive in Arizona, so we fueled up and he got a big cup of some sort of pop concoction.

A little nap to rejuvenate in the room and away we went downstairs to play more VP and then hit the Cafe.  For supper we had the Grilled Chicken wrap (me) and he had a shredded steak sub that looked yummy.  Only half of mine got eaten and after we ate, James ran it up to our refrigerator.

The evening continued with another 1 1/2 hours of VP and a meager $50 loss between us and a plethora of new points and comps.

Bedtime around 12 and I was able to smile that I made it through another day.
